Cannot add more money to my CallYa card

I’m studying abroad here in Germany, and I’m using a prepaid SIM card. 2 weeks ago, I tried to add more money to my account (which I have done successfully before.) However, I accidentally used a card which no longer works and got an error. Now, every time I try (2 weeks) to add more money to my account, I get this error message “ Entschuldigung, da ist was schiefgelaufen. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.” I have tried clearing my cookies and browser, as well as making a new PayPal account (PayPal was the only method which was working for me in the first place.) What do I do?

Hello @Shlomo,

are you trying to load via the app or via web?

Log in to PayPal and under "My PayPal" on the gear wheel, please delete Vodafone from the payments once.

Then please try again to make a payment via PayPal in the app or on the web.
