I ordered CallYa free ticket online. I completing web verification steps, I got following email from vodafon on 23 March 2018.

Bald ist es soweit! Wir haben Ihre CallYa Freikarte versendet. Spätestens übermorgen ist sie bei Ihnen. Dann können Sie sofort loslegen.

Ihre Handynummer schicken wir Ihnen schon jetzt.
Sie lautet 017xxxxxxxxx

It is more than 5 days ago. I have not received my SIM till now. So, I do not have any reason to check it.

 I am new to Berlin and I need a SIM at earliest. How should I follow up in this case?

 

Addtitionally, I went to vodafone store at "mall of Berlin", potzdammer place Berlin. Person at the store gave me some ridiculous option for paying 5 months advance for the prepaid card. 

Can I walk into any other vodafone store to get my free ticket CallYa card?

I received an email from vodafone saying that, Your CallYa free ticket is returned to us. Is your address correct? 

It asked for me to order new card if required.

 

I placed a fresh order on 29 Mar. I received a card today in less than a week on 4 Apr.

My problem is solved. You can close my complaint. But, here is some feedback based on my experience.

 

1. Online form for callYa asks for address in very restricted way. There are very stringent validation. Actually, I wanted to put my office address as delivery address. But, I could not. Because, your validation were not allowing me to put company name in the address. Just understand that, there could be cases when user might want to put extra information in address apart from postal code, city, street, house number. 

For example, there could be different companies in the same building sharing same house number.

 

2. Online form asks put address on the ID card. I entered this address to be address mentioned on the passport. This was address from my country of nationality. For this address I got an email saying, "Your CallYa free ticket is returned to us. Is your address correct?".

I have given local address in Berlin as delivery address. But, god knows how they used ID address for the delivery.

 

If you fix these issues. It would be benefical for new users and (your company as well.)
