CallYa SIM-Karte has not arrived

Hallo,

I received a message from Vodafone on 09.12.2019 that my CallYa SIM-Karte had been sent in the post and delivery should be within 2-5 days, but it has not yet arrived.

How can I check if the delivery is delayed or if there is any problem?
