Hey folks, thanks for taking time to read this in english, no german yet 😞

Yesterday I ordered a CallYa Digital 10GB (let's call this simcard "A"). The next step after complete the order is to verify your ID online, but unfortunately they don't accept my passport online.

After that I ordered a second CallYa Digital 10GB ("B") and I as identification process, I select "in person" at postfiliale, I receive the POSTIDENT Coupon and will soon at the filiale to verify my ID, which should be fine.

The question is: I don't want two SIM cards, I wondering if I need to cancel the simcard "A" (and how to do that), or if I simply not go through the identification process it should be automatically cancelled.

Don't worry. If you couldn't identify with your first SIM-card (A) then the process will cancelled after time.

Quite true what @ Mav1976 answered you.

If the identification has not been completed, no SIM card will be sent either.

So you will only receive card "B".
