Hello Vodafone Team,
I need your support since I cannot connect to WLAN-Hotspot-Flat
I have activated my account already and created different user names and paswords to access, however every time I try to connect to any hotspot it just wont let me do it. A screen pops up asking to accept the terms and conditions and when I hit accpet I get directed to the same screen in which I have to provide an user and password, but this time it tells me that if I want to use WLAN i need to book that service

please be so kind and do not write any private data (customer number, real name, address) publicly in the forum. Data protection is our highest priority.
So that I can help you, I need some more information from you. Please answer the following questions as detailed as possible:
- Is the hotspot activated in your online customer center?
- Have you already tried to set a new password?
- How do you try to connect via the Vodafone hotspot?
- Are you using the Hotspot app?
- Did you select "Surf as Homespot service participant" in the
login screen?
- Did you use the user name of your online customer center
login?
- Did you make sure that "Customer Portal Login" is selected in
the drop-down box?
