I have another registered account to which my SIM card is linked. I lost access to my PUK code and wanted to retrieve it through my account. However, access is only possible via the username, not the email address. I tried to recover the username three times within three hours, but I didn’t receive any emails (I also checked the spam folder).
I tried calling the hotline, but I don’t speak German. I heard about the “operator” function for English-speaking customers.
The IVR asked a few questions and then just gave me some number.
I still hope I can recover access to my PUK code, thanks!
