Hi! I bought and activated WLAN Hotspot tickets in the same computer and same MAC Address. It worked for a while but now it can not connect even when I'm already logged in. I thought my MAC address changed and redeem another ticket but it shows that my MAC address is the same and still can't connect. I can see from my account details that there are 2 tickets active. I don't understand why can't I connect to the internet. Pls help.

sorry to have kept you waiting :/. Is the hotspot ticket still valid? Did you try different hotspots? Did you get an error message?
