FAILED WIFI CONNECTION DURING MY ONLINE WORKSHOP

Hi, I had a problem some time ago with hotspot wifi service/ cupon to use . I repeatedly bougth voucher to use the hotspot ( as I did before) but there was an error from Vodafone side and I coun'd use the vouchers and also I coudn't run my workshop. What of course cost me money and time. 

After this happen I conatcted Vodafone servcies and they turn me here to solve my problem. Please see attached cominucation and prove of error. 

 I hope to get an answer how to deal with such a situation as it cost me whole workshop, whhat cost a lot of money.
