I am a customer in Frankfurt am Main. I have signed the contract for 6 months. So far, no one has contacted me and no delivery for the internet device has been attempted.
I asked my friends to call custom service, but after several calls with different explanations from the custom service, I still got no information on how to get technicians or wifi device. It seems that the only solution is to call more people and wait even longer if there is still a possibility for someone from Unitymedia to help me. However, I doubt this possibility after 6 months, which is half a year !
I am very frustrated now and cannot find a way to get my internet installed or cancel the contract.
Is there a way that I can solve this? I want to sign a new contract from O2 and they need my current household phone number, but I can't get my current contract installed. This looks like a dead end to me.
