Hi,

Leider reicht mein Deutsch nicht aus, um mit einem Operator zu sprechen. Ich wurde Opfer eines Betrugs, zwei Damen kamen in meine Wohnung und sagten, da ich bereits Vodafone-Kunde sei, würde ich eine TV-Box kostenlos bekommen. Ich unterschreibe den Antrag und als ich den Vertrag erhalten habe, sehe ich, dass ich getäuscht wurde und die Box nicht umsonst ist. Können Sie mir bitte helfen, meine Bestellung zu stornieren?

Sadly my German is not good enough to talk with an operator. I was victim of a fraud, two ladies came to my apartment saying that since I was already a Vodafone customer, I would get a TV box for free. I sign the request and when I received the contract, I see that I was deceived and the box is not for free. Can you please help me to cancel my order?
