Internet not working since 12 Pm today

hello vodafone

My internet has just stopped working, it was working fine and i am doing my home office but the internet stopped just like that.

I am in between of an important task for office please let me know when my internet will be up again.

I have already tried the steps restarting, taking the power cord out, dsl cable out, etc

Looking for your swift response.
i have add the router image as attachment.

But I saw that you have been back online since last night.
