Hi,
Problem 1: My Internet speed slows down frequently and after I restart the cable modem manually, the speed improves a bit.
Problem 2: The modem restarts by itself frequently almost 2-3 times everyday. Today the problem became worse and the modem restarts by itslelt every 5 min.
Since I dont speak a good German, I couldnt contact customer support. Please support me in resolving the issue.

Hi,
I am not disputing the charges.
The intermediate piece is REMOVED now, but the speed is still slow. The speed test above is taken without the additional cable, I installed.
I am not sure, how I can explain again and again (3rd time now)

Hello GopiSankar,
can you please check again if the coaxial cable is properly seated or damaged. Currently, the signal values at your connection no longer fit.
If there is no damage, then we can only send the technician again.
