Hello, we have been facing a persistent issue with Vodafone since my son started using his Apple Watch despite strong signals on phones, Apple Watches, and iPads used by his friends, other students, and teachers who use different service providers. He has no connection once he enters his school or any other buildings. The sim card also exhibited the same problem when tested in a phone and iPad, confirming that this is a Vodafone issue. Despite attempting to troubleshoot by resetting and updating the watch, resetting network settings, and seeking assistance from a Vodafone shop, the problem remains. This situation necessitates my son to leave the building in order to be reachable, which undermines the purpose of having a smart device with phone capability. Upon discussing this issue with other parents, it has become evident that they have encountered the same problem with Vodafone. Thank you.
