Hello. I've been using Vodafone for a while and since we moved to a different part of the city, the signal got worse inside the house and I'm not able to use my data plan. I tried to report this using Vodafone's app and the app offered me 90GB for free which is useless, since I don't have a signal on my phone what am I going to do with the 90GB Data? I'm putting my phone next to the window to be able to receive one or two bars of signal on my phone! I'm not sure why am I paying this much money for this data contract with this terrible service! Does anyone have any solutions?
