Gigacube internet is not stable

I am using Gigacube Internet and in the last few days internet is  keep disconnecting and internet is not working and also i can see red light is blinking in the device.

I dont know how to contact the customer service for Gigacube, 

I am living in Mannheim 68309

Please help me on this

I am living in Traminerweg 5, Mannheim. Last few days it works fine, can you please share me the customer care number for Gigacube, or what is the fasted way to solve the internet issues as i am doing Home office it affects the lot.
