upload speed 0 for 5 days and now internet doesen't work

Hello,

For 5 days in a row i had upload speed 0 and i could not connect to some sites, i tried everything, i restarted the router, i've reset it completely back to factory settings, i've changed the cables and it seems that today i can only enter just youtube and google, i can't connect to other sites,i can't connect or take a speed test. Even this message is written from another internet connection.  I've tried network wizard from vodafone site and i got this message:

"There is a so-called return path disruption at your connection, which can restrict your Internet and telephone connection. If necessary, please let our technician check your connection. We will fix the problem as soon as possible. Thanks very much. There is currently no time to remedy the fault."

Can someone help ? I speak a little Deutsch thats why i write in english. I hope someone helps me.

After almost 2 weeks whitout working, now it's seems that internet it's working again. It's the second day in a row in that everything works fine. Thanks
