Hello,
I got my Vodafone station, plugged. the Internet LED on the router is still flashing red. I tried different ways to resolve this issue like,
1. tried reset for Vodafone station
2. checked different cables and power supplies.
But the result is the same still red light is flashing for the internet.
I am heavily dependent on the Internet.
I tried to talk with customer services as well but they speak only in german and I am an English speaker.Please help me with this as soon as possible as I am working from home.

I am looking for a solution for my issue because I am working from home and it is very difficult to work without the internet. I look forward to some help @Stephan , @Claudia , @Thomas , @Grit .
Apologies for being impatient but my work is getting hampered due to this internet issue.
