Hello,
Since my familly and me move into a new appartment 2 weeks ago and moved the router equipment from our old appartment, I finished all required procedure to enable the internet in our new appartment. The internet was without problems only one day. Next day we faced a problem that all of our devices (specially mobile phones) disconnect every minute or two and require to manually connect them again. It is not about the thickness of.the wall because my mobile phone disconnects in fron of the router!
There is no any maintenance scheduled by Vodafone in the area where we are living (Freilassing 83395).
Can someone help me to reach someone from vodafone support to fix the problem with my internet?
Any advice is very appreciated.
