Hello! My wifi connection is not working since morning. On the modem the lights are on though.
I tried turning it off 4 times and nothing changed. I also tried to use the ethernet cable but still no connection.
I called Vodafone and they gave me a number. I called that number and they said write on the forum because they don't speak English well.
Could anyone please help me in English? What should I do?
Thank you

Is your device even connected to the WLAN? Only then will you have access to the cable router's user interface. The best thing to do is to connect a PC or laptop to the cable router using a LAN cable and then try it out.
If a technician comes out for it, you will be charged € 99.50 for the stake, it is your decision whether you want to pay the money for it or not.

I tried to connect my laptop to the router via cable, it didn't work. Before date 17 August everything was working fine. I don't know what happened after.
It's already been 4 days, a technician seems the only option.

Hello Airamaria,
as the WiFi option is still booked I assume the router is defective. I would like to send a new one, are you okay with that? Shall I send the router to your home address?
Kind regards
Claudia

Okay, yes, thank you!
Will you send a technician with the router or just the router, sorry?

Hello Airamaria,
we will only send the router, you can simply connect it like the old one. But please replace the cables with the ones that come with the new device. The return address for the old router is
Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH
c/o DHL Paket
Am Tower 222
90475 Nürnberg
Kind regards,
Claudia
