Wifi Router not working

My wifi router is not working, I tried contacting Customer Service entire day, but there was no one to pick up the call. This is very disappointing from vodafone. Customer Service is pathetic and there is no English support.
I need immediate assistance for my issue as I am not able work from my Home.
The customer service quality must improve.
