WIFI connection issue

Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

I have been experiencing WIFI issue with my Kabel connection several months. WIFI connection always reconnecting when I go to  different rooms in my house. It is happening especially when i am using WhatsApp call. Call gets disconnected or reconnecting when I go to different rooms.

1. I am living in Bayern, 63739, Germany.

2. I have internet + TV connection contract

3. Modem: Grey color modem( I do not know the exact name of the modem)

4. Own device

5. error: WIFI connection loss
