Vodafone Wi-Fi 6 Station Internet lid red blink

Hello

I have a new cable internet from vodafone for my new apartment. I got the vodafone router today but after setting up the router, the internet LET is blinking with red color. Its been over 4 hours now the red LED is still blinking.

I live in pincode 12247

Can you people schedule an appointment for technician to look into this?

I have called the hotline numbers, but they are all in german.
