Hallo zusammen,
bevor ich morgen früh mal bei der Hotline anklingel, wollte ich gern euer Schwarmwissen und Meinung zu meinen Problem hören.
Ich habe einen 1000/50 mbit Anschluss an einem TC4400, dahinter eine Ubiquiti UDM-PRO als Router.
Am Anschluss wurde mir Anfang letzten Jahres Dualstack geschaltet. Das sah man auch immer im Namen des Config files für das Modem. inzwischen ist es kryptisch. Wann das geändert wurde und ob es mit dem Fehlerbild was zu tun hat weiß ich nicht.
Mit IP-Netzen kenne ich mich gut aus, mit DOCSIS und Kabel überhaupt nicht. 😄
Sporadisch alle paar Wochen viel die Verbindung mal aus, ein Neustart des Modems half dann.
Nun habe ich in ca. 48h 4 große Ausfälle von 15-30 Minuten erlebt und alles Neustarten des Modems half nichts. Manchmal habe ich eine öffentl. IPv4 an den Router bekommen und das Netz war kurz da. dann war wieder Schluss. Irgendwann fängt es sich dann. Aber das ist ja kein Zustand, ich bin durch Homeoffice auf eine stabile Leitung angewiesen.
Hoffe die Logs und Daten aus dem Modem können helfen. Wie gesagt, kenne ich mich leider überhaupt nicht mit DOCSIS aus und kann mit den Frequenzen und Db Angaben nicht anfangen. Hier vom letzten Ausfall gestern Abend.
Wäre toll wenn sich das jemand mit Ahnung anschauen könnte.

Und zack war die Leitung wieder weg. Nun kam ein Fehler im Log hinzu. Vll ist er bei den anderen Ausschnitten bereits aus den 30 Zeilen rausgelaufen. "DBC-ACK not received"

schön, dass Du bei uns bist und nachfragst. Gern helfe ich Dir.
Als erstes ist mir aufgefallen, dass Du ja Deinen eigenen Router verwendest. Kannst Du denn mit unserem Gerät den Fehler nachstellen oder läuft da alles problemlos? Wenn es mit unserem Gerät auch passiert, dass die Verbindung abgebrochen wird, dann schau ich mir gern die Leitung an, ob da Fehler ersichtlich sind.

Euer Gerät musste ich zurückschicken nach Umstellung auf mein Modem. Es wäre toll wenn du dir die Leitung mal ansehen könntest, eigentlich lief sie bisher gut und stabil.

Inzwischen kommen noch uncorrectale errors abseits von Channel 31 hinzu. Das hab ich vorher auch nie gesehen.
An meiner Infrastruktur (Koax-Kabel, Modem) hat sich seit der Umstellung auf das Modem nichts geändert.

Das ist ja eigenartig, normalerweise bleibt das Leihgerät immer da, auch wenn Du Dein eigenes Gerät nutzt. Denn nur so können wir im Störungsfall prüfen, was auf der Leitung los ist. Mit eigenen Geräten beim Kunden sehen wir nämlich gar nichts.
Aber ich schau mal, ob da was in Deinem Account vermerkt ist. Schick mir dazu bitte Deinen Namen, Adresse, Geburtsdatum und die Kundennummer in einer Privatnachricht.
Melde Dich dann auch bitte kurz wieder hier.

PN hatte ich um 14 Uhr geschrieben. Durch ein anderes Forum wurde ich auf einen momentan unnötigen Unitymedia-Verstärker aufmerksam gemacht. Diesen habe ich nun aus der Verbindung Hauseingang -> Modem entfernt. TV wird eh nicht genutzt, nur Internet.

vielen Dank für Deine Daten.
Soeben habe ich mir Deine Werte genauer angeschaut. Da lassen sich aktuell für mich keine Auffälligkeiten erkennen. Die Leitungen sehen sauber aus.
Trotzdem nehme ich gern ein Ticket auf. Dieses geht zur Analyse an unsere interne Technik. Sollte eine Lösung per Fernwartung nicht gelingen, meldet sich ein:e Techniker:in, um einen Vor-Ort-Termin abzusprechen.
Wird bei dem Einsatz festgestellt, dass die Störung nicht von uns verursacht wurde, berechnen wir 99 Euro dafür.

ih möchte vorerst abwarten ob sich die Leitung durch das Entfernen des Verstärkers stabilisiert. Die Werte sind ja jetzt im DOCSIS Normbereich. Kannst du mir sagen wozu so ein Teil vom Vorbesitzer benötigt wurde? Er ist ja von euch...
