Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi

DSL connection issue:

I am unable to connect to Wifi from my Vodafone Station router since today morning. The lights in the router are continuously white for power and internet, but my wifi doesn't show up on all of my devices. Sometimes, it shows up but cannot connect. I have tried to restart the router several times, but the Wifi doesn't work still. I tried contacting Vodafone helpline but it is in German and I speak English so I could not convey my issue. All of my devices are updated to latest software and Wifi was working on all of them till yesterday. I am writing this message from Berlin (13407) and need the internet for remote work. 

Help on this would be greatly appreciated
