Technical visit

Hello

the internet cable in home not working propabley although i did all the trouble shooting steps, it keep stop many times a day.

how can i ask for technical visit ? All customer service only speak German and they refuse to continue the call in English

You will need to ask for the visit in German language as German language is the sole contractual (and thus sole support) language. All expenses for a then needed translator are just on yourself.

Many thanks , the point is how can i ask for the support ? over phone ? no one speake English 

Or there is someway on the web page where i can ask for the support ?
