For a few days now I have had frequent (every few minutes) interruptions in the Internet service. This happens with both WIFI and LAN connections to the router

Hello DanLo,
have you tried if the disconnects persist with a different coaxial cable? If that doesn't help, please send me a private message with your customer number, the full address and the name and birth date of the contractual partner. Leave the time of the last disconnect via ethernet in this thread afterwards.

Yes, we have tried changing the connections as you suggest. The interemittent disconnects and slow speeds are still happening so: July 17, 2021 11:45AM.
Even without being "disconnected" this is an example of the speeds we are seeing:

Hey,
so, is it a permanently problem, or just does it occur on times? The line looks okay, a few timeouts are there.

Well, things have been running good again since Saturday afternoon... so, for some reason, just Thursday to Saturday was terrible.
I would say no further action is needed at this point, thanks for the support.
