Slow & disruptive internet connection

Hello,

Over the past few days i am having a very slow internet connections, both thru Wifi & LAN connections in my home. 

Also connections is disconnected very often. 

I ran a vodafone speedtest and it showed me a download speed, below 50% of my regular speed of 500Mbps. Also i have noticed a lot of packet drops for my connections. 

Kindly investigate and advise me accordingly.
