Hello everyone,
Apologies for speaking in English, I have recently moved to Germany and still figuring out the system.
I have contracted Kable with Vodafone and received the self install equipment which I have already installed. However this seems not to work and after discussing with Vodafone Support in X (Twitter) they mentioned that the service hasn't been completed. Could anyone advise or help? All cables are connected as per instructions. The internet light blinks in red and the device has been plugged in for a few hours now.
