Router Wifi Turned Constant White On LED for Internet and Wifi but no Internet

Just recieved my vodafone router and activation code details, I went through the activation step and my router's LED lights for internet and wifi are constantly white but when I connect to the wifi there is no internet when I log into the router the connection status is as follows:Screenshot 2022-06-14 at 18.23.48-min.png

after connecting the router (mta) 2 the system, normally the system notices that automatically and the installation process starts - upgrading the software, provisioning of internet- and telephone-services.

 

after a few minutes everything should be fine.

 

unfortunately sometimes this "plug & play" routine doesn't work - the system does not notice that new mta is connected.

in those cases the led is white, seems 2 be fine, but this shows only that your mta has connection 2 the system - it does not mean the provisioning of the services is done !

 

call the support - after trying a lot of "on - off - waiting a minute - on - off"

I already tried several times restarting the router and also did a reset but to no avail. Also called Vodafone tech support several times but since I dont know any german they refered me to the forum. I would be really greatful If I could get a technician to come by my place. Ive been surviving with prepaid sim data and its surelly not cheap
