Return Path Disruption - Berlin

Hello, 

I am having issues with my wifi service. 
I checked on Meine Vodafone and found that there is a so called return path disruption at my connection. 
Internet started fluctuating since 01,01,2022, now I don't have any internet. 
Can you help me please ? 
How can this be resolved ? I require urgent attention since Internet is necesary for me to work. 

 My location is Moabit (10559), Berlin

your modem is online with good values. The return path interferer is still active, but the error rates are very low at the moment. There may be reduced bandwidth in the uplink. Is it running again for now?

The signal still fluctuating a lot internet is comming and going every 30 minutes or so. 

The problem is still not resolved. Could you please let me know if there is an estimate on when this will be fixed?

Hello, 

The problem is back once again. 

No internet during all weekend (Sat 12 and Sun 13 of Feb)

Also from 9:00 to 15:30 on 14 Feb

After 10:00h of 15 Feb

Please advise when the service is expected to be back to normal. Is not sustainable to be paying for data to work from home. Specially when the service is being paid in time.

is the disturbance currently still current and when was the last interruption approximately?

An interference signal is definitely not apparent at the moment.
