Hello. I am a new customer of Vodafone. (Red 250 cable). I connected the router correctly. The red "internet" led blinks for several hours. The router is not catching the internet. I have two TV sockets. The same thing happens in both cases. I live in a house with several apartments. Other people have internet from Vodafone and they don't have any problems.

the connection must be installed by a technician on site. A technician will contact you and make an appointment. Please ensure that you have access to the house system at the time of the appointment.

I cannot contact the technician because I do not speak German. I signed the contract using the English language. I work a long time every day. When my friend tries to call the telephone number provided by the switchboard, the answering machine answers and does not call him back. Online appointment is not available. I do not have any e-mail address to which I could write a message regarding the appointment. There is nothing else I can do. Please help.
