Internet is very very slow and disconnects for few seconds frequently

Hi Service Team,

I have a cable internet connection with 250Mbps internet speed. But unfortunately i get only 70 to 80 speed all the time. Its very much frustrating because i pay for good speed interent and i get such a service.

Also the internet gets disconnects very frequently. Can somebody please help me how can i resolve this issue. I am not able to connect properly on the call to customer service. I am very much upset by this.
