Dear Sir/Madam,
i prolong my old contract for new contract for 2 years but this time I have speed of 250 mb. However my speed of internet is literally 25 mb per second and it is super slow.
so how it is possible that speed is this slow and I pay for way more speed?
in my contract you have a limit of my speed for downloading and this beyond the normal value?
can you fix the probelm?
Unfortunatly due to lacking of knowledge in IT sector of English language I can not communicate this issue over the phone?
can you assist me with this? But this time that you dont ignor my messages?
