Ping Spikes

Hi,

ich spiele Real-Time-Strategy Spiele im Internet und habe starke Pingschwankungen.

Etwa alle 5 Sekunden zeigt mir mein Videospiel kurzzeitig einen erhöhten Ping an (150-300ms), was das Spielen unmöglich macht.

Vor etwa zwei Monaten bestanden die Probleme nicht. Seitdem konnte der Support keine Lösung finden und hat meine Probleme wahrscheinlich nicht verstanden, da sich immer wieder auf den Speedtest bezogen wurde und nicht auf die Ping-Probleme.

Wie man sieht steigt der Ping alle paar Sekunden auf dreistellige Werte.

Die Ping Spikes nerven wirklich sehr da ich meinem Hobby dadurch nicht mehr nachgehen kann.
