Hello everyone,
We were having service from Unitymedia cable internet. Contract expired and now we want to have another contract.
Our residential adress consists of 2 attached buildings. One is old building the other one is new. When we were moving to this address these 2 buildings had same address then seperated ( city management decided )
Our new address is not in your systems I think. that's is why we are not able to get cable internet service ( according to your systems ) We need to have DSL internet. But unfortunately landlord has forgotten to build up necessary infrastructure for telephone lines. So we can not connect DSL, although we had cable service now we can not wither get it. Don't know what to do... It's been an issue since mid March.
Any idea ? How can we move forward ?
