No internet since a week

Good evening,

 

Since a week we do not have internet anymore at home.

 

All 3 lights of the device are turned on (power, wifi and internet)

I've tried to restart multiple times the router (Vodafone station model CGA4233DE)

 

I've followed the bot assistance support but still nothing changed. 

I tried to call the hotline but my German is not good enough to understand each other.

Hello Clinciusss,

 

The contract has been terminated and the router is on recall. That is why it does not work. You have probably forgotten that you have cancelled. Do you want to remain a customer and make a new contract?

I live in Berlin 10999

 

Route connected to computer with lan cable, tried multiple and different la ncables but nothing works. Wifi also does not work.

What do you mean by "restart" the router?

Did you do a reset to factory settings (take a sharp object like a needle and push it into the reset button for about 20 - 30 seconds)?

There mus have been some miscomunication with the contract owner.
Everything is now resolved, this thread can be closed. It was not a technical issue.
