As you can see from my last posts on this forum, I have been facing problems with my Internet Connection for the past 6 months . Vodafone tried to fix the problem, but couldn't do it at all.
Every month I spend around 70 euros for buying additional data packages from other Internet providers since my Vodafone internet is not stable (keep disconnected) and has a latency problem (when I talk, my voice is received around 5-10 seconds later in the online meetings) - it is a big problem since I work from home.
- At this point, I am 100% sure that Vodafone won't fix the problems in my area.
- I want to cancel my contract. How much money do you want to let me cancel my contract?
- I don't want to pay for the Internet that I am unable to use. Could you at least do a discount? So that I would feel much better when I buy additional data from mobile internet providers (I use ALDI, its mobile internet is much better Vodafone Kabel and stable)
Here are the things that I am looking for in my future Internet Provider: (The things that Vodafone cannot deliver)
- I want to use the Internet after 5 pm on weekdays. (I cannot do this with Vodafone right now)
- I want to use the Internet on the weekends. (I cannot do this with Vodafone right now)
- I want to use the Internet during public holidays. (I cannot do this with Vodafone right now)
- I want to use the Internet without any problem for at least 2-3 hours. (Vodafone Internet is always gone every hour)
- I want to use the Internet with decent latency (low ping) (I cannot do this with Vodafone right now)
Note: I am posting this message by using my Mobile internet since Vodafone Internet doesn't work like always
