New user for Kabel 1000, red light keeps blinking

Hello,

 

I am a new customer and i bought  a new connection of Cable GigaMax 1000. 

 

In my house I had 3 inputs so I used it like the instructions. However Internet LED on router is constantly blinking red all day. No connection. Its said that I need to call the hotline. Hotline menu is only in German (I do not speak German).

 

Please advise troubleshooting. Or send technician in my home to fix the problem.

That can be that when you move the antenna socket is without signal. This is not tragic and happens sometimes. We will gladly send a technician to fix the problem on site. The technician needs access to the house distribution system and an information if there are people in the household in quarantine.

 

Please send us the customer number, name incl. address and date of birth of the contract holder via private message.

 

Write here briefly when the data has been sent.

2. it is important that the technician has access to the house system. Can you ensure this?

3. did people in your household experience symptoms in the last 14 days that could be related to Covid-19?
