Problem with Kabel Connection for a month

Hi, I hope someone can help me. For a month my Kabel Connection hasn't worked. There is a blinking red light on my WLAN Box. I have opened a ticket and requested contact via email, but keep receiving calls from Vodafone technicians when I am either not at home or unable to answer. Each time they simply close my ticket as "solved" but the problem still stands, and if I try to call back the number I am not connected to anyone. Can someone please help with this? The ticket number is 003-0269376/26

VF does not operate on Email mostly.

Red light sounds like no signal - technician needed - make an appointment 

You could use Whatsapp - say Kundenberater till the bot does it.

 

Is this a new contract? 

Did the connection ever worked? 

Thank you! No it's not a new contract. It was working up until about a month ago and then there was a general outage for 2/3 weeks due to maintenance. After the maintenance it then just never started working again
