New Customer, No Internet

Hello,

My apartment building just went through a change in service and now I am a new Vodafone customer. I've gone through the installation and troubleshooting steps and keep getting the blinking red light for the internet. I've called the hotline and was redirected here since my German is not great. Any advice? Please help.
