Hi,
I have bought Vodafone cable 1000M and unfortunately I was not able to properly install the router at my home. The house's outlet does not fit with the provided multimedia dosenaufsatz.
I tried to follow the robot debug instructions but it did not work.
I also tried to buy antenna cables to make the connection fit as you can see in the picture but I was not successful.
Could you please provide technical support here?
I have no internet connection for 8 days now and I only wish to make it work.
Unfortunately there is no hotline for English speakers so I could not talk to anyone.

Hello Carnio,
please send a picture of the antenna socket where the outlets are visible. Did you check if there are any other antenna sockets in your flat and have you tried to connect the router there? In which federal state do you live?

I have 2 other identical outlets (3 in total) . They all have the same configuration as you can see in the picture.
I tried to connect to all of them and nothing worked.
The Multimedia dosenaufsetz provided by you is to big.
I just wish to have a technical support on the installation of my router.
Could you help me with that, please?
