I have been having a problem for the previous few weeks. My modem will randomly lose internet connectivity several times per day for the past 3 weeks. It is configured as a 'dumb' modem connected to a personal router. The modem will reboot and after a minute or so the internet light will come back on. It is extremely frustrating and this has made it very difficult to work in a home office. Could someone from Vodafone please help me understand if this is a network problem or if it is a hardware problem?
