Im trying to activate my fritzbox router 6690. I checked everything, it’s compatible. It’s the 2000 2965 art. It is connected with a lan cable, I did factory resets multiple times. I checked the ip address on myfritz and it starts with a 10. I’ve tried everything and don't know what to do.
they both have the same customer number though so I think it might be the tv one. But who do I contact to fix it? Because its been like this for almost a week.
