I have a problem with my internet; I have not been able to connect for a week. After calling, I was told that it was the service provider's fault and that the problem would be fixed and activated within 24 hours. Now, two days later, I still have no internet connection.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
