Just installed CableMax 1000, speed lower than 1Mbps

Hello,

I have just installed my new CableMax 1000 plan (for 1 Gbps) and follow the instructions. The Wi-fi network was correctly set up, and the internet also connected without any problem. However, the internet speed is consistently lower than 1 Mbps.

It is not Wi-fi interference as I have tested connecting the cmputer directly to the router via a LAN cable with the same results.

How can I resolve this?

Hello @Kostrisch your Router still not unlocked to the Vodafone Services, that means still not registrated to Vodafone. Because of that you have only Speed of 1Mbit/s. You should call Customerservice of Vodafone, they will nudge the Registration Procedure. Alternatively you can wait here for a Moderator. But that will take some Days, because they worked at the Threads about they come in. Hope this will help a little bit. Greetings haegar2609
