Hi!
I have a contract for Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, but when I measure the Upload speed, it's not even close to the 1000Mb. As you can see in the screenshot, both upload and download spped are way below the contractual speed. Please let me know what can I do in this case, because it seems strange to pay for the service that doesn't satisfy the contract.
Just in case, I have tried all the standard fixes, like restarting the router, updating browser, disabling VPN, etc.

The issue you are referencing was fixed back in February. A technician came and connected the wires in the basement since my appartment wasn't connected to the network.
But the internet speed is low and based on the test speed on Vodafone website, the issue is withing the router itself, so probbaly some configuration is missing, I don't know...

How is your computeer connected to the router?

ok, this makes sense, because your Speedtest reports 981MBps at your router.
