Dear Support team,
I am struggling with the internet being disconnect several times around 12pm to 2pm. It happen very often especially during this time. It is frustrating when I'm in the meeting or call and it keep disconnect....

since when exactly is the error? Are you connected to the router via LAN or WLAN?

Actually It happen since the beginning of using the internet provided by Vodafone. But It become more frequent now after I changed my tariff last month. Im using Wireless connection.
