Our cable internet has been out since Monday, with multiple neighbors in our 15 unit building claiming it's out for them as well.
When checking Vodafone's site they originally claimed the return channel issue would be fixed by Thursday at 21:00, but have since removed the deadline from the site, opting for "we are working on it".
There are several of us in the building that work 100% home office and cannot reasonably commute to Munich (200km away), nor do we want to throw away several hundred Euro to get there by train.
Unless we can get something like an estimate for when we can expect to have internet access again, we're all looking to cancel our contracts and move to another service provider.
