Hello,
We received our cable box last week and it does not work in any of the cable ports we have tried. The white lights on the power and 'wifi' are on but the internet light flashes red.
I've been through the diagnostics and watched the videos but this hasn't helped.
I called the helpline three times but as I don't speak German very well, I was hung up on.
Any ideas? Is there English speaking support?

have you tried our chat bot TOBi? He doesn't speak English yet, but if you use a translator that shouldn't be much of a problem :). If he cannot help, please tell us your ZIP code. Did you try to connect the router with a different coaxial cable or test another antenna socket?
