I am trying to install my new Red internet 250 cable router and have followed all the steps, however, the internet light is blinking red. How can i fix this? I am located in Berlin.
You need to have a technician look at it on site. Can you provide access to the house system? Is anyone in your household in quarantine? What number can you be reached at to make an appointment?
